Assholes suck
So today I had this one beefy/fat guy come into work. He orders four espresso shots in a tall cup with steamed breve. So I ring him up for a tall latte, three extra shots and breve. He gets upset about the price telling me (because I've only worked there for two years) that I should ring him up for only four shots. He explains that every Starbucks around the country does it this way and that I'm "gaming" him (whatever the fuck that means). So he asks me my name and store number and is going to send in a complaint. Of course this is a good thing because my DM loves the fact that I don't get intimidated by customers and ring up the drinks correctly.

Anyway, he doesn't want to pay the extra so he says for me to forget the breve and just put the shots into a tall cup which I do. He then pours in some cold half and half himself. We call this a ghetto latte because cheap ass people do this when they want to cut costs.

So I quiz all the other employees about how you ring up such an order before explaining how he wanted it. Sure enough everyone got it right. This guy was such a dumbass. I wonder how he'll elaborate on the complaint. Funny thing though, we ran out of customer comment cards so he'll have to find another store in which to whine.
